My four-month internship on the project management team at a multinational insurance provider equipped me with valuable skills across two key areas: project execution and industry know-how. I honed my ability to plan, track, and analyze projects while navigating the intricacies of the insurance landscape.

Specifically, I:

• Mastered agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring efficient team collaboration and project delivery.

• Gained hands-on experience in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

• Developed a strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

• Contributed directly to successful project outcomes, including the successful launch of FWD's new app design, introducing new insurance product, and streamlining data transfer. Additionally, I collaborated with the HR division to organize impactful company events. 

• Confidently presented final projects showcasing both individual and collaborative efforts to IT Transformation, HR, and FWD Indonesia's executive committee.

Overall, this internship not only instilled project management best practices but also provided me with invaluable industry knowledge, making me a versatile and valuable asset to any team.
