My internship at FWD Insurance Indonesia within the project management team of the IT demand management division proved to be an invaluable learning experience. 

I played a role in the lifecycle of business user demand requests, tackling data entry, validation, and updates with attention to detail. This involvement fostered a deep understanding of the intricate interplay between business needs and IT capabilities.

Beyond routine tasks, I honed my analytical skills by generating comprehensive reports on IT demand-related issues and projects. These reports, encompassing timelines, progress metrics, and improvement recommendations, provided valuable insights for strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Moreover, I actively participated in meetings to align business initiatives with IT capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for substantial IT demand creation and developing effective implementation plans.

My internship extended beyond individual contributions. I actively collaborated with the human resources division in organizing events and participating in gatherings with other interns from different divisions. 

This collaborative spirit culminated in two impactful presentations. I presented my individual project to the IT Transformation team, sharing my learnings and recommendations for divisional improvement. Additionally, I collaborated with other interns on a data-driven project, uncovering key issues within the company and proposing a validated solution to the executive committee.

In conclusion, my internship at FWD Insurance Indonesia equipped me with valuable project management skills, honed my analytical abilities, and fostered a strong sense of collaboration. This experience was truly transformative, providing me with a solid foundation for future success in the professional world.
