In this project, I took on the role of a Digital Marketing Consultant for the ADHD Society Primary Care UK. My mission was to educate them on the power of digital analytics and its role in optimizing their online presence. I provided a succinct overview of digital analytics’ evolution, underscoring its significance in grasping user behavior and informing marketing tactics.
Furthermore, I also utilized real data and visual aids to show how digital tools can enhance their user engagement and experience. Analyzing key metrics, I gained insights into user interactions with the client’s website, leading to improvements in page speed, readability, and device compatibility.
Equipped with the data, I conducted a thorough analysis of the client’s website using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush, I pinpointed areas needing enhancement, such as SEO, content, and social media presence.
Drawing on the RACE framework, I proposed a data-driven digital presence and analytics strategy focused on key performance indicators that align with the client’s objectives. I also detailed a plan for the strategy’s implementation.
This project taught me the value of digital analytics in developing effective marketing strategies and the critical role of transforming data into actionable insights in enhancing online engagement and achieving goals. It reinforced the importance of articulating academic ideas clearly to apply them effectively in real-world situations.
