This project involved a deep analysis into the Instagram presence of Kokoro, a UK takeaway brand targeting millennials and Gen Zs. My goal was to create a social media analysis report proposing actionable strategies to improve their content marketing and engagement.
I utilized the SOSTAC framework to understand Kokoro's brand, audience, and Instagram goals. Critical thinking came into play as I analysed their content for strengths and weaknesses, focusing on content variety, creativity, and user interaction. Data analysis was essential for interpreting user engagement metrics and competitor strategies.
These insights formed the foundation for my recommendations:
Elevate Content: Create visually appealing and diverse content types to capture attention.
Build Community: Engage with users and host online events to foster a vibrant community.
Leverage Influencers: Partner with relevant influencers to boost brand awareness and reach
By implementing these data-driven recommendations, Kokoro can transform their Instagram into a hub for engagement and brand loyalty. This project highlighted the importance of critical thinking, data analysis, and the SOSTAC framework in creating effective and actionable social media strategies.
