In this initiative, I developed a data-driven Instagram campaign for Kokoro, a UK takeaway targeting busy professionals and students seeking healthy, fast meals. Leveraging the SOSTAC framework, I analyzed their social presence and honed a targeted strategy for audience engagement and brand awareness.
Eye-catching Instagram content formed the campaign's objectives, featuring vibrant feeds, stories, and reels that showcased Kokoro's offerings. To foster community, I integrated themed giveaways and a unique hashtag, encouraging user-generated content for an authentic vibe.
To broaden brand awareness, I suggested collaborations with UK health and food micro-influencers, targeting their engaged health-conscious followers. This strategy ensured the campaign reached the right audience. A crisis management plan was integral, focusing on careful influencer selection, clear contracts, and effective communication to manage any issues and maintain campaign integrity. I also devised a 4-week launch timeline to monitor the campaign’s progress and ensure its success.
This project solidified my understanding of data-driven social media marketing and the power of strategic content, engagement tactics, and influencer collaborations. It emphasized the importance of planning for success and managing potential challenges for a strong brand presence and market growth.
